Welcome to Danse Chelesa Dance! Registering for our dance classes is easy and secure through DanceStudioPro, a reliable platform for managing your dance education. With this system, you can safely track data, make payments, and update family and student information—all in one place.

Winter/Spring Registration is now open!
- Our 2025-2026 Schedule is on our schedule page now.
- The winter/spring season is 17-weeks.
- Tuition will be prorated to your start date if registering late into the season.
- If a class is full, we encourage you to join the wait list, as we can open additional classes if there is enough demand.
How to Register
- Create or Access Your Account: If this is your first time registering, please create an account. If you already have one, simply log in.
- Register for Classes: Browse class descriptions, schedules and prices. You can also make payments securely.
Payment Information
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $30 + taxes is required to reserve your spot (maximum of 2 fees per family per season).
- Payment Options: We offer flexible payment plans (monthly or quarterly) and a limited number of subsidized spots. For inquiries, please email us at dansechelseadance@gmail.com
Automatic Instalment Payments
To register for the winter/spring using an automatic payment plan:
1. On your portal- select autopay and enter and save your credit card information.
2. Email dansechelseadance@gmail.com the class name (s) you wish to register for.
3. Catrina will confirm there is space in those classes.
4. The non-refundable registration fee of $34.48 will be processed immediately to reserve your spot.
5. Your total tuition owing will be divided into 3 equal payments and will automatically be processed on your credit card on January 1st, February 1st and March 1st
6. If you withdraw from your class during the 4-week withdrawal period, your instalment payments will be adjusted according to our refund policy. If you withdraw after the withdrawal period, all instalment payments will remain owing as outlined in our refund policy.
7. Registering for multiple classes- no worries! Your multiple class discounts will still apply.
Portal Features
Once you’re registered, you can easily manage your dance experience through the Portal:
- Submit Absences: Log absences directly in the Attendance feature to keep instructors informed.
- Class Calendar: View your class schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly formats. Stay updated on class cancellations due to holidays.
- Manage Students: Access class descriptions, schedules, and teacher information all in one place.
- Make Payments: View your balance, make payments, and check your payment history.
- Class Files: Download any music or video files shared by your teachers.

Winter/Spring 2026 Tuition & Fees
Registration Fee:
A $30 registration fee is due upon registration (one fee per family per term).
Tuition Rates:
Tuition is based on the number of classes in the season and whether your class participates in the Open House or Performance.
Classes are billed at $20 per class.
Day of the Week: Saturday
Number of Classes: 12 classes
With Open House/Performance: 13 classes
Total Tuition: $240 (no show) / $260 (with show)
Day of the Week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Number of Classes: 16 classes
With Open House/Performance: 17 classes
Total Tuition: $320 (no show) / $340 (with show)
Day of the Week: Tuesday 90-minute classes
Number of Classes: –
With Open House/Performance: 17 classes
Total Tuition: $544
Note: The last class (May 2) will be an Open House if your class is not performing. Classes participating in a show will have an additional rehearsal or performance week.
