Registration

Please go to your account on the Portal if you have one or create an account on the Portal if this is your first time at our school.

DCD registration is done via DanceStudioPro – a secure software system that enables us to safely track and record all data and payments.

Once you have your account in the Portal you can update all family and student information and register for classes!

There is a lot to offer in this system! Prices, schedules, class descriptions and the ability to register online are all available on the portal. You can also see your class schedule for the year, record absences and make payments. Payments can also be accepted by e-transfer to dansechelseadance@gmail.com

When registering you will be asked to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $25 plus taxes (maximum of 2 registration fees per family per year).

Please note that we are happy to make payment plans (monthly or quarterly). We also have a limited number of subsidized spots available. Please email the office to inquire: dansechelseadance@gmail.com

At this time families can decide if they wish to stay registered in their classes or opt out.  Only the $25 registration fee will be non-refundable.

Please be sure to put you or your child on a waiting list if a class is full as we can also add more classes to the schedule if necessary.

Once on the Parent Portal:

Submitting Student Absences: if you or your dancer will not be in class today- or you know of a class you cannot make in the future, please go to the Attendance feature to log in the date and the reason why you will be absent. This helps us to know not to expect you and for the teachers to know the reason for the absence. By doing this on the Portal, the teachers will know even if you log this information minutes before the class time.

Class Calendar: The calendar features allow you to see either a day, week or month view or the classes you are registered for. This is especially helpful for those who do multiple classes in a week. Simple go to the calendar feature and it is all there. You can also see when a class is cancelled due to holidays.

Class sessions and Holidays are listed on the home page of the Portal. Please mark your calendars now so you do not come to dance on a day when we are closed. This can be very disappointing!

Manage Students: All the classes that you are registered for with class descriptions, studios and teachers are listed here.

Make a Payment: you can pay your balance or a partial payment online. You can also view your statements and your payment history here.

Class Files: this is where you can find any music or video files shared by your teachers.
