Company Registration Process and Fees

All company members, who have been accepted by audition, must enroll in Ballet, Company Rehearsal and Contemporary Technique/Composition for the 2026-2027 season which runs from September to May.

Optional classes to add on to your class package includes Jazz and Hip Hop. The more classes you enrol in the more you save! Please go to our 2026-2027 schedule page to view the class options to select from and see the class discounted packages below.

Payment plans: We accept 8-month instalment plans.

For payment plans:
1)    Choose your package below and email Catrina with your class selection
2)    E-transfer your non-refundable 1st instalment and registration fee of $34.48 to dansechelseadance@gmail.com or set up autopay on the portal.
3)    Once your e-transfer has been received and processed, your classes will be reserved. Please note that your classes are not reserved until this time.
4)    Remaining Instalments are due by e-transfer on the 1st of the month starting September 1st and going until March 1st.
5)  To register using an automatic payment plan:

On your portal- select autopay and enter and save your credit card information.
Choose your package below and email Catrina with your class selection.
The non-refundable registration fee and 1st instalment will be processed immediately to reserve your spot.
Your total tuition owing will be divided into 7 equal payments and will automatically be processed on your credit card on the 1st of the month from September to March.
Please note that while automatic payments are much less hassle for all, DCD must pay a 3.5% charge when paying by credit card. Setting up monthly e-transfers is therefore the preferred method of payment when possible.

Costumes and Photographs/Videos

The majority of costumes for performances are provided by DCD. Each year, we invest in new costumes and also draw from our existing inventory to help minimize additional costs for families. In some cases, families may be asked to provide small supplementary items from home or purchase simple additions to complement what GYD provides.

Additionally, GYD provides professional documentation of the Spring Show performances at no cost to families.
